The accused Fred Bloggs gives notice that at his trial for the offence of armed robbery he intends to call alibi evidence.

The case for the accused is that at the time of the robbery of the National Australia Bank in Phillip Street he was at home at 67a Johnston Street Annandale.

The accused intends to call his mother, Mrs Florence Bloggs, of 67a Johnston Street Annandale, in support of the alibi.
